সরকারি চাকরির অন্তত একটা বিকল্প রাখা চাই

যারা সরকারি চাকরির জন্য প্রস্তুতি নিচ্ছে তাদের সাফল্যের জন্য সাফল্য প্রার্থনা করি | কিন্তু মনে রাখা ভালো যে সরকারি চাকরি সংখ্যা খুবই কম | তাই তার কম্পিটিশনটা অতি কঠিন| চাকরি পেয়ে গেলে তোমার সাফল্য ১০০ শতাংশ, আর না পেলে শূন্য  “০”| শূন্য বলছি এই কারণে যে চাকরির পরীক্ষার জন্য যে পড়াশোনা করতে হয়,সেটা আর জীবনে অন্য কোথাও কাজে লাগে না |

তাই ১০০  আর ০ এর মধ্যে যদি জীবনে ভারসাম্য বজায় রাখতে হয় তো কেরিয়ারে একটা সেকেন্ড অপশন থাকা একান্তই দরকার বা বুদ্ধিমানের কাজ না হলেই ভয়ানক বিপদ |

তার সঙ্গে এখন  আরও দেখতে হবে যে সরকারি চাকরি সত্যিকারের সম্ভাবনা  এখন কতটুকু ? আরও মনে রাখা দরকার যে রাজ্য সরকার এখন বেশির ভাগ চাকরিতেই এখন চুক্তিভিত্তিক নিয়োগ করছে বা করবে | 

এই বিপদে পড়তে না চাইলে সরকারি চাকরি প্রস্তুতির পাশাপাশি ভালো মানের প্রফেশনাল  কোর্স করে রাখাই যুক্তিযুক্ত | আর ভালো প্রফেশনাল কোর্স বলতে কম্পিউটারের  কিন্তু কোন বিকল্প না খোঁজাই ভালো |

আর অনেক টাকা খরচ করেই কোর্সটা করতে হবে কারণ সরকারি চাকরিতে তোমার আয়ের লক্ষ্য ছিল ৩০০০০ থেকে ৭০০০০ মধ্যে | আর বেসরকারিতে শুরু  পশ্চিমবঙ্গে মাত্র ৫০০০ | 

তোমার জীবন তুমি ভাবলেই ভালো |

Placement Company তোমার সব থেকে বড় বন্ধু 

হাজার দুর্নাম থাকলেও Placement Company তোমার সবচেয়ে ভালো বন্ধু হতে পারে যদি তোমার বিশ্বাস থাকে এদের প্রতি। Placement কোম্পানি কাজ হল কর্মপ্রার্থীকে  কাজ দেওয়া আর কোম্পানিগুলো কাজের লোক দেওয়া।  দুটো অবশ্যই টাকার বিনিময়।  তাও মাত্র ১ মাসের মাইনে চাকরি পাওয়ার পর।  ভাব তো তুমি ১২-১৫-১৭-২০-২২ বছর ধরে পড়াশোনা করছো, হাজার হাজার বা লাখ লাখ টাকা খরচ করে।  কেউ কি তোমাকে চাকরির গ্যারান্টি নিজের বা তোমাকে দিচ্ছে ভাবেই চাকরিতে ঢুকিয়ে  দেবে ?  তাহলে আর রাজ্য বা দেশে লাখ লাখ বেকার থাকত না বা অন্য রাজ্যে চাকরির জন্য যেত না। 

অথচ ভালো ভাবে ভাব তো  ১ মাসের মাইনে খরচ করেই প্রথম মাস থেকেই আয় করার সুযোগ করে দিচ্ছে জীবনের প্রথম অমূল্য চাকরির ব্যবস্থা করে দেয়। আর সেখান থেকেই ওরা তোমার জীবনের উপসর্গ। 

Placement কোম্পানির কাজই হল কর্মপ্রার্থী ও কর্মদাতার তথ্য বা খবর সংগ্রহ করা। আর কর্মপ্রার্থীকে কর্মদাতার সাথে ……. করিয়ে দেওয়া যাতে কর্মপ্রার্থী চাকরি টা পায়। এই দুই পক্ষের সংযোগ স্থাপনেই কাজ তাদের। তার জন্যই তাদের অফিসে যারা লোকজন রাখা টাকা খরচ করে কোম্পানি করা। এই ব্যবসা চালানোর জন্য টাকা তো লাগবেই আর ব্যবসায় লাভও করতে হবে যাতে কোম্পানিটা বেঁচে থাকে। 

পৃথিবীতে কোন জিনিসই বিনামূল্যে পাওয়া যায় না। সবারই একটা মূল্য আছে। তাই চাকরি দেখে দেওয়ারও একটা খরচ থাকবেই। এটা যদি আমরা মন থেকে মেনে নিতে পারি তো আমাদেরই লাভ । তা না হলে শুধু একটা হিসাবই করে দেখতে বলবো যে একবার হিসাবটা করো যে তুমি কত মাস বেকার আছো ? আর কতদিন দিন বা মাস লাগবে চাকরি পেতে ? এই মাস গুলোকে তোমার যুক্তি পূর্ণ মাসে মাইনে দিয়ে গুণ করে দেখো টাকাটা কত ? তার সঙ্গে তুলনা করো একমাসের মাইনে কত ?

যদি বেকার থাকার সময়ের টাকাটা এক মাসের মাইনের চেয়ে সামান্যই বেশি হয় তো তুমি তোমার বুদ্ধিতেই চলো আর যদি বেকার থাকার সময়টার  মাইনের যোগফল অনেক অনেক বেশি  হয় আজই কোন ভালো Placement কোম্পানিতে Paid Membership নিয়ে নাও। কারণ তারাই তোমাকে বাঁচাতে পারবে কারণ এটা তাদেরই কাজ আর এই কাজ করতে পারলে তবেই তারাও বাঁচবে।

 এর বাইরে যত আলোচনা যে সবই সময় নষ্ট ছাড়া আর কিছুই না।
